I spend two weeks touring with the team and our new movie "Standing Sideways" all over Europe. It was pretty much the most exhausting trip I've ever done! Never the less it was super fun!!
Just a few facts: Within two weeks we visited 10 different countries, we drove 2854 km with the most pimp bus ever and we flew 3598 km! I had every single day at least a few alcoholic beverages and I slept maximum 4 hours a day. Since I was the only TM who did the whole tour I was the guy in charge for the riders which means a lot of nursing and organizing. The first premiere was in Antwerp and the tour ended in Moscow. Now my body needs a detox and I'm ready for some chill time before the season kicks off! Here is a few random photos from each spot..
BARCELONA

Danny's first trip to Barcelona!

A snowboarders daily routine.

Soren is the king of this city!

We of course went straight for some Tapas

You gotta love this town for the street beers! From the evening on, at all the busy places there is dudes, mostly from Pakistan, selling beer for 1€ and it's absolutely legal to drink in public!

First thing the next day we visited the BCN Burton office.

We played some Tischfußball and Mikkel entertained us with his guitar.

After we hooked up with the Methodmag crew we went for a quick sight seeing session.

The guys went swimming.

Afterwards we checked out a few of the numerous skate spots.

Mikkel in action

After all these exhausting exercises we had a few sangrias and that's when Danny, Mikey and Mikkel got the idea to get a tattoo! One of Soren's buddies was happy to help them out. It was Danny's first one so that's what he got as a tattoo as well "FIRST". Mikey got himself a dagger on his chest and Mikkel got a proper size skull with indian feathers.

Pre-party drinks and snacks next to our bus.

Methodmag, Burton Spain and friends on the way to the venue.

Prost!

"Apollo" was the club we had the premiere at.

pretty busy

Mark tossing some products in the crowd

So Soren is not only our rep for Spain, him and his partner Max are as well the founders of the biggest party "Nasty Monday" in BCN! If you ever go to Barcelona make sure to go to that party, it's off the hook!

Danny was happy that they served Budweiser in the club.

The boss!

Pompi is the man!

Claudia, Crista and the guy with piss on his shirt!

Steffi enjoying it!

Soren the Yedi

Holy mother of legs! Sollors was definitely enjoying the dance floor and the view.

It was a heart breaker that we had to leave Barcelona straight from the party at 4am.

Way to end the party..
ANNECY

After a few hours of sleep we arrived in France.

The average age of the people living in Annecy is around 55 so you can imagine how the party ended up being, super mellow.. Though it's a very beautiful city and the premiere was on a boat which was really nice.

very nice lake

good but rough bowl

MILAN

Chillin in the bus on the way to Milan.

Steffi and Andro are all about peace.

Quick mini ramp session.

"Pedro" is a shop right down town Milan. It's probably 3 by 2 meters!

Mikkel got himself a new Gibson guitar that same day so him and Danny jammed for us!

ZURICH

At Freestyle.ch we premiered the movie right at the venue. It's such a good event, especially when it's good weather since it's right next to the lake.

Seppe was killing it as usually.

There is always so many people, it's awesome!

PRAG

I had never been to Prag before so I was excited to finally go there. It is such nice city. So many cool buildings and things to check out.

Marian "the boss" chillin backstage with our lady in charge of PR Birgit, Kazu and Jussi

Czech is well known for it's fine beer but all we got was this stuff! CHEERS!
WARSAW

At most of the stops we would go for a nice traditional dinner with our local reps and friends and we always had to drink hard liqueur with them. It's not like you have a choice. This restaurant was really cool. They had their own Vodka distillery so we of course had to try every single one they had..

Na zdrowie!

We got beef tartare prepared right at our table, so good!

Mark and Ethan liked it!
