Mellow dayze!

This past week was pretty mellow. The weather was not so great so we couldn't do much. We did some other fun stuff like frolf, skate, bbq and in the end a bit of snowboarding too! But I guess that was it for this season. I'm stoked on this trip. I had so much fun, good times dudes!

Baker round TWO

We stayed another day in Portland but the weather didn't improve much and the forecast for the next few days looked pretty bad too so we decided to head back to Mt.Baker.

So that was our schedule yesterday: breakfast in Portland - lunch in Olympia - dinner in Seattle - sleep in Glacier..awesome! Today we woke up and the sun was shining so we geared up and went up the mountain. The weather was super nice until we of course finished building our jump. Like clockwork the graybird moved in and it started raining as soon as we started hitting the jump. Though we got a few a shots before we had stop the session cause of the pouring rain!

We made it all the way to Mt.Hood. Went hiking there but within an hour the weather turned from being really nice and warm to rainy and cold so we decided to take a quick trip to the Oregon coast and see if we can at least chatch some waves!

We decided to leave Mt.Baker for a little roadtrip. We drove down highway 20. The terrain there looked promissing but the snow was super slow and sticky so we ended up hiking all day but unfortunately not shooting anything.

The other day we hit a traditional Baker jump. You have seen this one in various movies. It was pretty fun! Later that day we had a little go away party for one of Justins room mates Kari. She is gonna be working all summer on a fisherboat in Alaska. Big up for that girl!

Up at the mountain it was quite windy today so we stayed down and spend the day skating and frolfing. I didn't know about this sport before, it's a mix of Frisbee and Golf and it's super fun!

Mt.Baker day UNO!

Since the snow in Austria wasn't looking that good and I would have felt bad just calling it a season already end of April, I decided to join the pirates crew in the US for some more snowboard action. Obviously it had snowed a bunch in April so there was still enough left to get creative and do something. After a long travel I finally made it over here to Mt.Baker. The lifts closed down two weeks ago so the only way to get around the mountain is hiking which I don't mind at all. First day was awesome! The weather was nice and warm. We hit two small but fun things and had a great time on the mountain. It's been a while since I had that much fun on the hill!

Vienna calling!

I spent the last weekend in Vienna. We went to check out some exhibitions and we of course did a little bit of party too.. It's such a rad city. Always good times!
