The second stop on my tour was at the O'neill Evolution Pro in Davos, Switzerland. The last time I was there I was still riding pipe competitions so it's been a really long time ago. This must be one of the oldest contests in europe. The venue where both events, slopestyle and halfpipe are happening is right at the end of the slope called Bolgenschanze so it's pretty much right in the village which is really cool cause the finals usually turn into a big party in the finish area! It started off with the pipe comp which was really good but the slopestyle night finals were just nuts! The level of riding was so unbelievably high. It was one of the gnarliest things I've ever witnessed. To make it into the finals you at least had to put down a perfect 1080° and a good rail trick. The top four guys all did three and a half rotations!

Watching those finals go down made me feel way better about my decision becoming a TM.
